Gift Certificates

Ark gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and can be redeemed for tickets, concessions, Ark merchandise or memberships. Gift certificates are valid for tickets to Ark-produced shows that take place at The Ark only (occasionally a show is presented by an outside producer or at a venue other than The Ark). Certificates can be redeemed for tickets at The Ark box office between 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm (7:30 pm and 8:30 pm Sundays) on nights when The Ark is open. Certificates can be used toward concessions, memberships, or Ark merchandise purchases whenever we are open for a show.

Gift certificates can be purchased in person at The Ark’s box office on evenings that we are open for a show. They can also be purchased by phone with a credit card through the Ark office during business hours and mailed the next business day. Call (734) 761-1800. We will mail the gift directly to you or to the recipient.

The Ark no longer sells paper gift certificates. If you have a paper gift certificate, it is still valid and can be redeemed for tickets or converted to a plastic gift certificate in person or by mail.
