A benefit for the Veterans for Peace Chapter 93 scholarship fund
Fourteenth annual concert featuring area musical artists performing works of John Lennon on his October birthday, as well as other peace-themed songs, with emcee Chris Buhalis. Proceeds go to the local Chapter of Veterans For Peace for their Peace Scholarship Program (www.vfp93.org/peace-scholarship) which assists college students enrolled in programs relating to conflict resolution or peace studies.
Performing this year along with host, Chris Buhalis, are: Laith Al-Saadi, Mr. B, Judy Banker, Al Bettis, Dave Boutette and Kristi Davis, Jud Branam and Kevin Brown, Annie and Rod Capps, Rochelle Clark, Jason Dennie, Jill Jack, Dave Keeney and Sophia Hanifi, Dick Seigel, and Matt Watroba.
