Celebrating two decades of homegrown Michigan Americana
It's been a quick two decades since Ann Arbor alt-country stalwarts Corndaddy made their debut with an in-store show at PJ's Used Records. Since then, there have been three records of their own, a lineup change or more, and hundreds of shows from the Water Hill Music Festival to the corner bar. Celebrate the 20th anniversary of our own country-rock wrecking crew with a special romp through the Corndaddy canon. Or you can take the word of the Detroit Free Press, which wrote: "With a pure purpose and honest intent, Corndaddy makes refreshingly uncluttered country rock—keenly aware of the genre's standard-bearers but not absorbed with imitation."
