Original music from an original life
A farm. A home-schooled kid from Brooklyn—Michigan. A guitar. The rest, as they say, is … Billy King, who picked up his first guitar at age 10, recorded his first album of Elvis songs with his brother at age 11 ("The King Brothers sing the King") and started writing his own songs at 12 ("King Brothers: No Covers"). Billy never looked back, adding expertise on multiple instruments and musical styles, the whole time grounded in his life on the farm, which he now runs with his two brothers. Catchy folk/rock, searing blues, direct and thoughtful lyrics. This is original music from an original life, fully accomplished yet humble, and most of all, real.
