"One of the best side projects ever to come out of a Flecktone --All About Jazz"

Not just another funk/world/rock/jazz/classical ensemble, Eclectica is a virtuoso groove event! This genre-resistant trio features the five-time Grammy-winning drumming of Roy "Futureman" Wooten, of Béla Fleck and the Flecktones, electric violin virtuoso Tracy Silverman, heralded by the BBC as "the greatest living exponent of the electric violin," and bass legend Steve Forrest. With backgrounds ranging from the classical-oriented Julliard School in New York to the studio sessions of Nashville, this band can do almost anything -- and probably will! With three-part vocals and constantly evolving musical synchronicity, Eclectica is a concert, a jam session, an avant-garde experiment, and a celebration, all happening on the same stage.
