"'One of the top 20 bluegrass bands in the country'--Dan Crary"
Lonesome County has been hailed as one of the most powerful bluegrass bands to come along in this decade, with a hard-driving style that keeps close to the roots. Bluegrass stalwart Pete Goble says of Lonesome County guitarist and vocalist Chad Jeremy: "I have gotten to know Chad and I marvel at his musical ability. Chad plays a great guitar and sings bluegrass like it should be done." Chad is joined by a quartet of great southeast Michigan players: Lee Kaufmann on banjo, Kevin Frank on mandolin, Marty Somberg on fiddle, and Paul Shapiro on bass. Come check out the band that won the Renfro Valley Bluegrass Talent Contest and is putting Michigan bluegrass not just on the map but all over it!
