Multi-instrumentalist David Lindley performs music that redefines the word "eclectic." Well known for his many years as the featured accompanist with Jackson Browne, as a collaborator with the similarly inclined Ry Cooder, and as leader of his own band El Rayo-X, he performs a unique brand of electro-acoustic roots rock woven together with sounds from blues, bluegrass, folk, African, Arabic, Asian, Celtic, Malagasy, and Turkish musical sources.
