Mad Agnes is the Connecticut-based trio of Margo Hennebach, Adrienne Jones, and Mark Saunders. With classical, rock, and old-world backgrounds, they play everything from contemporary original to madrigals, to Celtic traditionals, to harmony-driven folk pop-- and you can throw in a touch of street theater and the zany spirit of P.D.Q. Bach as well. "Enter a whole new style of entertainment that no one is talking about . . . but only because they don't know how," the group says.
