They call their sound "Chicano Rock with a greasy New Orleans second-line/mambo flavor." The Iguanas were always a great party band, but lately they've added some serious songwriting chops to their infectious roots grooves. This is great Americana music with the jolt that only New Orleans can give it, and they've brought out the Latin flavor that lurks in all the great music from the Crescent City.
