Americana/Alt-Country, Virtuoso |
"European guitar sounds and fearless alt-country from Tennessee"
A native of Switzerland who calls himself the Frog with the Blues and his now based in Britain, Claude Bourbon is a guitarist who's actually even more international than that mixture might suggest. He has created a breathtaking acoustic fusion of blues, jazz, folk, classical, Spanish, and ethereal Eastern influences that creates a truly haunting ambiance. The Everybodyfields, from Johnson City, TN, consist of the wildly different voices and diverse instrumental talents of Sam Quinn and Jill Andrews. Citing their influences as country, rock 'n' roll, and folk, they offer melancholic interpretations of universal human stories, set to gorgeous melodies. They're rapidly gaining fans on the forward edge of the growing Southern alt-country movement. Check out some rising stars for the low cost of nothing!
